Headphone amp (cheap)

I’m after a cheap dedicated headphone amp to upgrade my late night listening.

Will be used connected to my Arcam A29 (which has a reasonable headphone out by all accounts anyway).

Prefer 2nd hand so if not a clear improvement I can shift on without much loss.

Wondering about MF Xcans (because stupidly I like the look!). Must be other/better options...

Any pointers please?

The best cheap amp I had by far was a small valve amp called Bravo Audio Ocean. I used to sit it on my Macbook to act as a heat sink.
