Hdmi to scart connection

Am about to buy a new Sony LCD TV, but see that it doesnt have a scart input. As other stuff - DVD player, Sky+ box only have scart connections is there a HDMI to scart lead available or an adaptor? Dont want to replace anything else. Thanks

Absolutely no chance of doing that without maybe spending a grand or so on a converter and even then the results would be 'spurious' to say the least

Er..... Which Sony TV are you buying???? There aren't any in the current or previous range without a scart connection. In fact, the majority have 2!! Let me know the model number and I'll advise you.
