HDMI switcher

i've just upgraded my virgin box with sky sports and movies HD but this means that i have to

have my surround amp on.Due i really need it on for the cricket no not really. does anyone

know of a good hdmi switcher to get round this problem. at the moment box and amp are

connected by a optical cable.

You could just pass the HDMI cable straight from your Virgin box to your TV, leaving the optical cable going into your amp. Save you some money too.
