hdmi switch box

Hi all
Now got to the point where I have too pieces of kit and not enough hdmi inputs on my tv. Anyone recommend an auto switch box that dosent reduce pq and also is not going to cost me the earth! ie sub £40.00 ( if such a thing exists)

I am looking for a hdmi switcher aswell, 3 way. Can anyone recommend any? Also is there such a thing as a 4 way optical audio switch as I can only seem to find 3 ways?

Thor used to make combined HDMI and optical switches. Audiovisualonline used to stock 'em.

HDcable Pro2 HDMI switch seems to work fine. I use an Oppo HM31 myself and can recommend it but it only has 3 inputs. Tmfsolutions stock a large range of hdmi switches but they're at the upper end of the price bracket.
