HDMI issues on my LG 65e6v!

It’s ports 3 and 4 not working right now, just had the guy come out and he is going to contact LG about it and then get back to me.

Can anyone translate this:

Its with 4k it’s not working right on HDMI ports 3 and 4, the Oppo and Apple 4K TV are not working right. Guy on AVForums had the same issue and have contacted him to see what the outcome was.

Just gone on laptop and translated it and it’s basically saying ports 3 and 4 are not working with Apple 4K TV but it’s working with the Xbox on all 4 HDMI ports with hdr, then someone pointed out the Xbox is only 50hz when Apple 4K tv is 60hz, just like my Oppo is. What do you think to that then? Cheers.

Just read another review and that is saying all HDMI inputs are 60hz, so that’s the problem either.

This review is saying my LG e6v has 4 HDMI inputs with Hdcp 2.2, so that can’t be the problem.

My LG Oled HDMI ports are 2.0a and my HDMI cables are 2.0 could that be the problem? Although why do they work on 1 and 2 inputs and not 3 and 4 HDMIs.

According to AV Forums review, all HDMI ports are exactly the same, so should all work. Connecting basic Apple 4K TV doesn't involve HDR at all.

Okay BB, I have changed the Apple 4K settings to the one you said and it’s working correctly now. Cheers BB. Any ideas with the Oppo?

Just sorted the Oppo too - you are a clever man BB. Changed the setting from uhd automatic to UHD 60hz and suddenly it works right again! All sorted Cheers BB!
