HDMI / Component video

Hi. have only one HDMI input on my TV which is permanently used for my HD box but want to get a Sony BDP S370 blu-ray player which obviously has one HDMI output. Would I notice a drop in picture quality if i used the component video connections (with decent cables like Qunex P-CV1's)? I can't really be bothered to faff about with plugging / unplugging the HDMI connection and I can't afford another TV!

Are there any other solutions?
