HD sound from a Denon AVR-1507

I've got a Denon AVR-1507 receiver which doesn't have HDMI input or output. I use this with a Panasonic DMP-BD80 bluray player and connect them via their analogue inputs/outputs.

I am getting 5.1 sound, but was wondering whether this sound is of the HD varieties (DTS HD, Dolby HD etc) - i think BD80 uses these formats ?

The receiver itself just shows EXT IN with this setup, nothing else, whereas when i play a Sky Box source through it i get Dolby Digital or Dolby Pro Logic indicators showing in the display.

If the player reads/outputs thru 5/7 analogue outputs, and set up correctly thwn yes

Is there not an info button on the player that will display what audio is playing?
