HD on freeview

i've just read on the net that the winter hill transmitter will be broadcasting hd in Dec on mpeg4 codec. will my tx l37g15 decode the signal? or will i have to buy a set top box? thanks hadders

Sadly, you'll have to buy a set-top box: Freeview HD tuners won't be built into TVs until 2010.

V4500 series featured a integrated MPEG 4 AVC HD-capable tuner, supposedly allowing freeview HD to be broadcast on it...

They classed this series as Freeview HD ready???
