. Remember I'm a complete numskull when it comes commuter stuff.

Assuming you are using IE

[*]In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
Select the Temporary Internet files check box. Select the Preserve favorite website data check box to keep files associated with your saved favorites.
Click Delete, and then click OK.

Nope - done as per your directions, and still no difference. I can access all areas except 'Reviews.'

Using Google Chrome here and the same problem. It was fine but now is totally unable to see any reviews at all.

Is this another Microsoft conspiracy? Hehehe

Unless you are using a very restricted Internet system (ie; not good at handling Flash, very slow Internet connection) you should never have to clear the cache.

Your browser set-up default these days should be such that cache clearing is not required.
