Hacker and Dynatron Units

I am no hi-fi buff, but have by chance aquired a Hacker Centurion unit and a Dynatron SRX25, but with no speakers, amplifiers or connecting leads. The Dynatron has a mains lead, and when plugged in appears"alive", and the turntable revolves. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get these units into working order? Thanks.
