Whats a good phono stage to go with a gyrodec. The rest of my gear is cyrus cd q cd player cyrus pre and 4 cyrus mono x runing spender s8 speakers.

Trichord Research Dino and Dino+ PSU if you can afford it. You always upgrade to it later on if not. I have this combination with a Gyrodec SE turntable.
