Good system?

Hi I'm new to the Hi-fi world but I have bought a Yamaha RX-V1065 and I am wandering if Monitor Audio RS6 AV package will go down well.I will be using it for 40% music and 60%movies,also it will feed through a Sony BDP-S360 Blu-ray player and a Sky Hd box. Could someone please advise me if the system is a good match and also what else would I need to enjoy good sound from my would be system.
