Going old school !

My Mrs and Daughter are currently watching some terrible musical film on Nowtv so I thought I'd pop my headphones on and escape the hell, so I connected up to Spotify, and put a few tracks on....... Ummmm, nope.... Not for me, it really does nothing for me, so I dug this lil baby out of a drawer, probably unused for a good 15 years. Sounds a damn site better than standard Spotify.... And it's a bit retro!

Nice. But had it been a slimline, portable cassette player by Sony or Panasonic c. 1995, I would have been more impressed.

To be honest, I was more surprised that it acually still worked. It's been well over ten years since I last used it. Says a lot for the build quality.

If you think thats impressive, my Valve Amp is currently rocking a pair of British made Brimar 13D4 Pre Amp tubes from 1957........
