was thinking of getting a humax hd sat receiver for a dish on the side of the house, but to shell out £140 for itv's weeks contribution from 5 jan to 11 jan of just 3 programmes would be insane

You can find the Humax Foxsat HD box for £129.99 at Comet - bought one last week and they are still in stock.

Fairy Nuff. I want the freesat pvr but whilst they are in short supply there will not be any deals and the amount of HD just doesnt justify the expense yet.
