Floorstanding Speakers

You're the one that needs to have a view colmo.
And you need to have heard both pairs in order to make the right decision.

If you have heard both pairs, nobody's view can help you.
I would agree that buying something you haven't actually heard yourself can be a mistake, however in some cases it is not possible.
I would be interested to find out why these two speakers exactly?
Can you get to audition either?
If not you will have to buy on spec and hopefully you can return them if they dont suit.
Welcome to the forum by the way....
Perhaps you can tell us how you came up with these pair of speakers and why you might think they will suit your room / amplifier.....

And the room.
The difference between acres of hard floor / wall bareness and a proper environment.....
makes an absolute mockery of any 'burn-in' effects.
(Though I realise that's not what you were discussing - but room can certainly negate otherwise worthwhile differences).
Totally agree. As the OP has divulged no info about the rest of his system, I had to start somewhere.

System and room context are fundamental to how any speaker will sound.

My favourite relatively affordable floor standers are the Dali Oberon 5s. I had a pair, sold them and have always regretted. I did also try MA Bronze 200s but didn't get on with those.
