Hi Everyone it time for me to replace my MS914i to another model as they can sound to bright on some recordings. If the MS914i were not so bright i would keep them any suggestion on speakers up to £400.I do like the mission M34i but cannot find any reviews on there sound or if they are bright sounding speakers as well. Thanks in advance

Try a pair of Tannoy Mercury F4s, or the Qs that floyd droid has suggested. Either would give you what you are looking for. Be prepared to lose some of the fire and enthusiasm the 914is have though. They really are sensational speakers.

Alternatively look at the new Wharfedale Diamond 10 range.

I'll second the 1050i - brilliant for the money and shop round for a good deal.

IMO the M34i's will fit in well to your system and wont be too 'bright' sounding at all as the NAD amp will calm that down.

You could also consider the M35i's as well as the KEF IQ5-SE's.

What would be handy to know is what is your overall budget and what music do you listen to?

if your quick....sevenoaks brighton...dali suite 2.8....£400 delivered...were £1000.

available on there e bay shop.

google dali suite 2.8 and read the comments, not a bad word spoken.

no metal tweeter, no boom and tizz, easy to drive, supurb bass, and a 5 year warranty.

you will need a large room and a solid floor to avoid boomy bass, and they are on the large side !

the bargain of the year, highly recommended.....
