Hi,

Im in the process of buying the various bits to set up a home cinema system in my home. Im pretty much sorted on most areas regarding the system, but one. For reasons that are too long to explain on here, I cant lay cables underneath my floor boards for the rear speakers. So I need a flat or small diameter cable to lay underneath the carpet. Problem is I don't see much available.

I've got my heart set on either the Chord Carnival Silverscreen or QED Revelation for my front speakers which are B&W 685. My rear speakers are B&W 686. The amp is a Denon AVR2310.

Many thanks in advance

I used to have van den hul cable (flat cable)... was very good and reasonably priced ... cannot remember the model

I use Chord Black Rhodium for my tannoy arena highline 500 rear speakers. Its very flat and fits very neatly between the carpet grippers and the wall. From memory its about £3 a metre.

Metty do not buy Chord Carnival Silverscreen unless you have actually seen how chunky they are. I made this mistake buying them off the net. They are considerably thicker than you would think after looking at pictures of them online. You've been warned!!
