Epos M12.2 with Marantz PM7001KI

Hi All,

It has been months since the last time I posted here.. Now, I am planning to have a 2nd speaker to match with above amp. Any ideas/experience what would be the sound with that combo? I am planning to look for it on 2nd hand market so auditioning is not possible. Reason I want this is to have something that would give me clearer treble and more open sound than the one I have right now (AVI Neutron IV).

Also, in the future- to make this 2nd spkr as my PC speaker in the living room (will hunt 2nd hand amp as well in the future) 🙂

Besides the Epos is there any speaker u can recommend that would give me clearer sound and better imaging than my Neutrons? budget is limited as I am hunting on 2nd hand market.

For the money, the AVI's are as good as any - so no.

It really depends what sort of sound you feel comfortable with. Although the AVI's have good imaging, speed and detail, there is a trade-off when it comes to scale and depth, due to their slight dimensions.
