Epos ES22 Speakers

Hi guys

Does anyone know anything about these speakers?? I have been given the option of buying a pair from a friend, but he lives 250 miles away.....so before trekking all the way to pick them up to demo them...can anyway give any guidance to what they are like and whether they would be suitable with the equipment listed in my signature.

Not sure how old they are but know they are in excellent condition...they've never even had the front grills put on (they are still sealed and packaged up). I know they are Tri wirable but come with the kit to single or Biwire as well.

Listened to a pair about 13 years ago when helping a friend put a system together in Australia. These were the speakers we ended up getting on the end of a pretty pricey system! Can't remember all the details have have no idea of a decent 2nd hand price in the UK.

There's a pair on Ebay at the moment which look really nice, same scenario with regards the grills.

Not the same pair by any chance?
