empiredirect - any good?

Have seen some good prices and deals on tvs from empiredirect.co.uk however i've never heard of them.

Has anyone used these guys before? If so what were they like?

I've used them to buy a freezer and a tumble dryer. No problems.

Just don't expect any help from the delivery men... Thats all they do... deliver!!

No real issues, but I still say you can't beat your local retailer, even if they are slightly more expensive!!
