Editing a single track in WMP11.

I've got a song I only want part of to burn to CD. How can I edit the song on WMP11?

As far as I know you can't. However, I know that old version sof Nero haev a wave editor in which this can be done, and you may be able to get an old copy cheap or even free.

There's also some freeware called Audacity which I'm pretty sure can do it. I found that programme hard work to the point where I dont bother with it but it may not be an issue for others, especially you with your music background.

Can it be done in itunes? We have that installed too.

Yes, Audacity can do it, and best of all it's free.
