well, it didn't make much impression first time round, but i'll say it again. if your budget would stretch to a moon amp, and you can find one ex dem/2nd hand, then organic and analogue sounding is exactly what my i3rs was like.

Your MA's will have cooled the combined Arcam warmth a tad, the Leema and PMC combo I would imagine will be tepid rather than warm.

I personally see warmth as a benefit; I'd rather have a cosy duvet over me than be lying on a park bench with an old blanket and a couple of PSX-Rs.

True - nothing wrong with warm. There is, however, a fine line between warm and muddy. Suppose I was apprehensive about stepping over the line.

In terms of warmth, how does the Tucana compare to your old Audio Analogue?
