Earbud advice

Hi looking for some advice on earbuds as a present. They don't do running but do other gym work treadmill walking cycling cross trainer etc plus outdoor walking.
Need a pair that won't fall out easily or feel like they are going to.
Any recommendations

Would these fit the bill for outside walking. Gentle gym work.

Merged these into one thread. I'm not familiar with many ( any ) wireless earbuds but Sony's in general are pretty well regarded. The overear WM 1000XM3 is one of the better noise cancelling sets.
