Earbuds Recommendations

Hi looking for some advice on earbuds as a present. They don't do running but do other gym work treadmill walking cycling cross trainer etc plus outdoor walking.
Need a pair that won't fall out easily or feel like they are going to.

Have a look at What HiFi's recent reviews of earbuds, especially reviews of a Bose model and JBL's sporty pair. Looks like they could fit the bill.
