Eagles Vinyl Box Set, is it good?

My Eagles Lps have suffer quite a bit over the years, anyone got this box set?

The pressing/mastering is any good?

Don't know about the box set. I do have a couple of albums (greatest hits on CD) and Desperado on vinyl. TBH, they just sound so lame. Mind you, I've never been a big fan of the late 60/early 70s LA music scene.

I like Eagles , as I like James Taylor, Allan Taylor, Chris Jones and other folk/country singer and song writers.

And you have created a thread ( if my memory serves my right) about "If there was any Funky/ Soul/ Blues likers" here in the forum, what i've replyed saying that you were not alone in this subject, as i'm not in Eagles Liking... 😉

For me the Eagles are the type of group you leave in the car and play when there's no traffic congestion being reported on the radio.

As regards the hippy/post hippy LA sound, I just find them a little conceited, and the Eagles were apart of that movement that swept across the US (1968-1972 approx).

For something a little different, and personally love listen to this.

They are the original pressings, not remastered I believe. No negative comments regarding quality in 50+ Amazon reviews. They are a fine set of albums by an oustanding band.
