EAC software. No info of tracks or Album..

Hey guys just trying out EAC ripping software, not gettin any cd & Artist info after ripping. Any help welcome. Ripping to FLAC files.

Click on EAC tab, EAC options, General tab.

Is "on unknown CD's" and "automatically access online freedb database" checked?

It should automatically retrieve all the details and album art before it rips the disc.

Hi Native

are you using the DATABASE function before ripping?

The way I do it is after inserting the CD and getting the Track 1 to Track whatever fields is I select Database / Get CD Information From / Remote Metadata Provider....... You will be also prompted to get Album art and Lyrics.

After click on (on unknow cd's)... The atuo acess online meladata database would not allow me select it.... also if i got with the data request route.. it says... problem with the authentification settings.. Looks like something somewere is stopping EAC from getting the info, not sure what it is.

Oh just worked it. Did not use right password.. Had to register my user name & password.. Thanx guys.
