Dune hd base 3d problem.

Hi there,
I am having problem with my dune hd base 3D. It stopped playing music properly. When listening to 2 channel audio it sounds very very low. Also FLACS. It only plays multichannel audio properly at normal listening level. Yesterday i did a firmware upgrade and i don't know whether if it is connected to that, but today i did downgrade, because i was thinking it has something to do with it. But no result. I have no idea what to do. Thanks.

I have a Dune hd max and that suffers from audio drop outs on blu-ray on high def audio and was hoping a firmware uodate would cure the problem, but it never did. I have a oppo and Denon that do the more serious duties now and only use the Dune for playing USB sticks and HDD. Sorry this not really any help to you but i don't think Dune is a premium brand and they have had lots of bugs and problems with their models. I would have told you to visit their dedicated forum site where someone would've probably helped you, but even that has shut down.
