DSD input on Cambridge CXA61 or CXA81

Hello - can anyone confirm the DSD input via USB on Cambridge Audio CXA61 or CXA81… and even better, how does it sound when processing DSD?
Would it make sense to use either of these models as a DSD DAC / preamp ?

not sure why you would want to spend that much money if you are not going to use it as an integrated amp, please explain

Hi - sorry, I missed your answer. I am looking for a DSD DAC that could serve as preamp with my regular amp or with my active speakers (in any event, I need a preamp to select different analog sources)
In the ideal world, I would need a DSD DAC with HDMI input (for my Cambridge CXU), but I can’t find anything for a reasonable price. The CXA61 is in my price range, so here goes, I was wondering if I could use it as a DSD DAC.
I hope this clarifies my question.

Still very confused, must be an off day. Surely the CXU is a universal disc player that has its own dac? Why do you need to feed that through another DAC?
