Dolby Digital

I'm having issues getting Dolby Digital from my Sky+HD box. It is set to Dolby in the sound menu and I have an optical cable going to my AV receiver. The receiver is a Denon 1909, does anyone else have the same issue?

Have you got an HDMI cable connected between the two as well?

Yes a HDMI cable is also connected.

You need to ensure the Denon is set up to override the HDMI audio input and accept audio from the optical input on whichever input the Sky+HD box is connected to.
