Do Tangent make good budget Home Cinema Speakers/Subs?

The reason I ask is I am looking to buy a small budget sub for my Yamaha Soundbar and this seems to be ideal. Richers Sounds are selling it for £150 but I can get a second hand one out my local paper. Has anyone had any experience with this Sub or Tangent in general?

I would personally not spend money on this. You can do a lot better on E-Bay for about the same money for a much superior award winning sub, albeit a used one.

An EPOS ELS SUB went for £170.00 yesterday.
