hi

I'm back to the hi fi world after a long period and finding the whole streaming thing confusing...

I have a monitor audio a100 and send Tidal/Spotify to it via DLNA using a Windows app called Jamcast (which I think is like "stream what you hear" app). this app sends any sound coming from the pc (including button clicks etc) to the amp.

my question is: will Jamcast be sending data to the DAC in the amp to be processed or is it still being processed by the pc's own DAC?

I've also been reading about an app called Bubble UPnP where I can send music to the amp from my phone. Sonically what would be the best combination?

thanks!
