Just got my new bluray player and i'm a bit confused... ive stuck in a dts-ma disc and set the audio to 5.1 uncompressed...the configuration is set to output hd audio on the player but when the film is playing the amp displays as MULTI CH and has the PCM light lit up....now I thought if the film is outputting uncompressed pcm and the player doesnt do any decoding how come the amp doesnt see the audio source as dts-ma ?? If I bring up the amps audio monitor its showing as LPCM, but that is not how i've configured the player?
Any ideas or suggestions? Please
