Denon AVR1910 3D connection issue

I have just purchased a Panasonic TX-P50VT20B 3D tv and was wondering the best way to connect a Panasonic DMP300 3DBlu-ray player thru my Denon AVR1910 amp. At the moment I am running Sky HD , PS3 and Panasonic blu.ray player into my amp via HDMI and then from my amp by single HDMI lead to HDMI 1 imput on rear of tv. This all works well in passthrough mode. Any ideas anyone? This 3D blu-ray player has twin HDMI output.

Audio HDMI to receiver, video HDMI straight to TV.

Does it matter that HDMI 2 input would be used for video as HDMI 1 is already being used?
