Denon avr-x2200 vs Sony STR DN 1050

I currently own a sony str dn-1050. Would it be wothwhile to replace it with a Denon AVR-x2200? My AV Receiver powers 4 JBL 530, 1 520C, 1 Sub550p sub. Am mainly interested in movies / music surround sound performance.

If you want Dolby Atmos and DTS:X go for the Denon.

I do not need Atmos or DTS-X. I think the Sony sounds good, better than my previous pioneer vsx-1120 and Harman Krdon AVR-2700. I especially like the low volume listening auality. With turning off the DRC and some other settings and calibrating the speaker levels it sounds very good. Plus it was very simple to set up and easy to operate. I think I will wait a few years until Atmos and DTS-X Home Theatre amplifiers are much better. Maybe my next will be a Denon.
