Please help me select one of the receivers.Please mention the advantage of the choice your receiver over the other one.Please help guys.I would be starting with 5.1 and later would try to upgrade to Atmos. I would be pairing the speaker with Polk Rti A9/7 ,Fxi A4 ,Csi A6 amd DSW 660.Keeping all this in mind please suggest one.Also if A850 is better buy than these two?

Both are very capable AV receivers, although I am a bit biased towards the Yamaha. I haven't heard Polk speakers, so difficult for me to recommend one over the other. Yamaha RX-A3050 is superior to RX-A850, whether you will be able to appreciate the difference between them or not depends on your speakers. Can you arrange a home demo?
