Denon 3808, Pioneer VSX-LX70 DNLA functionality

Hi. Does anyone use DNLA functionality in Denon or Pioneer? How does it work? Can you browse your library using remote + front panel of av receiver or do you need to switch on the TV?

I would like to use DNLA for music without switching on TV and I'm not sure if it's possible with these av receivers.

Also when the music is playing can you see song information on the front panel of your AV Receiver?

I use this functionality on my Pioneer VSX-LX70. You don't need your TV set switched onfor this (although it does help if you have a large media library).

The song title does appear on the front of the display.
