Denon 2309 - Review

Hi, Are there any plans by the WHAT Hi-Fi team to review the DENON AVR 2309?

We're intending to feature it in the December issue (on sale November 13th). Denon hasn't confirmed availability as yet, but we live in hope...

Hi Simon, thanks for the reply. The December issue - is it not on sale this Month, October 13th. The November issue was on sale last month -Sept. --- Baffling -----

Not so baffling when you work out we have to fit a 13th, Awards issue in between! Awards issue on sale October 16th.

Yep - though you don't get this one days earlier like standard issues, due to the Awards embargo. They're getting posted out on the 14th, so should be through your door by the 16th.

I'm counting the days, hours, minutes, seconds...until the Awards are released...

Clare, can you please let us know which AV Receivers that have yet to be reviewed either online or in the magazine will also be in the running for the Awards? So far, I think you've mentioned the Onkyo 876 and Onkyo 906. Any of the new higher end Denons will be reviewed in time for the awards?

Afraid we still haven't had a review sample from Denon. Was I believe
scheduled for the Dec 08 issue, then Jan 09, but no sign of it here yet.
