Denon 1909 vs. Onkyo 606 in stereo

Hi. I think one of the few drawbacks of the 606 is its stereo ability. Is the Denon 1909 more skillfull in stereo than the onkyo 606? If so, then what feature/component was added to the Denon 1909 that makes it sound good in stereo? Do you think the 1909 will win the 2008 Product of the Year Award in av receiver just like what the Onkyo 605 did in 2007? Cheers all!

In relative terms, the Denon AVR-1909 is more musical than the Onkyo TX-SR606 - and that's more to do with how Denon has 'voiced' the product than any magic component.

And Denon is obviously in a very strong position leading into our Awards, but there are even newer rivals to judge before we name our Product of the Year on October 16th.
