Date format in forums

Site looks good and is easy to navigate. However I do find the use of dates in American format (mm-dd-yyyy) for indicating when messages were posted in the forums rather annoying. It'll look like I posted this on the 8th May instead of the 5th August....

Go to 'My Account/Forum Settings' in the top right hand corner, and go crazy with whatever date format you like...

Yes, it's in the site options. You may well find yours has just changed, Umbongo...
