Dali Suite 2.8 floorstanders?

Got mine April last year, and there staying for the money it,s a no brainer.
Just replaced my Audio Analogue pre/power with the Parasound Halo, P3, A23.
200 rms per channel into 4 ohms, the neighbours love me.
The Dalis woke up to.
Worth every penny, did you get yours from Sevenoaks Brighton ?

The finish is excellent, they look like £1000 speakers, easy to drive and place, front firing ports.
Bi Wire for best results.
There so good i just upgraded my pre/power, they sound supurb, bass with the Halo combo is simply stunning.
Post back when they arrive, i dont think i have read a bad reveiw yet.
The price was just too good.........been looking at some Monopulse's.......but this came along and Bob was your dad's bother!
I had to sell some floorstanders I'd had for ages a few years ago.......I really miss them

Very impressed with the finish and look. Can tell it is a £1000 pound speaker originally.
Not had chance to listen to them just yet and whole setup may need to move but happy so far.
Erm a 105x20x36 speaker looks very big in the flesh !!!!!!
My other half was like " you must, be having a laugh?"....
but she did say to me the other nite, why are you buying a pair of speakers?,you already have some!"....ha lol

Our living room is two rooms knocked into one, aprox 23 ft long by 14 wide with a high ceiling, so they dont look out of place.
seasiders , i see youve got a yam rxv765 , have you ran a cd player through that ? and if so , what was the sound quality like ? im getting a marantz cd6003 on sat morning , do you think the yam would be ok with that , cant afford a seperate stereo amp right now , anyone ?

No, the Yamaha is used for A/V only, Blu Ray and a BT Vision box, to be honest i would imagine a CDP would sound ok, typical Yamaha warm sound.

ear:the think i dont like much about dalis is bass and mids.they sound to dry for me🙁
You should hear them with the Halo combo, 200 RMS into 4 ohms, they can play a tune.
