I have pioneer bluray( bdp-160) and using the usb port to play music files in my hdd..i use the rca port of bluray to feed amp...the quality is not bad...the question is with 500$ budget,,its better to buy a dac as a convertor or buy a cd player with built in dac( for example marantz cd 6005)?...which one do you recommand?

The Marantz 6005 cd player does not have a dac that can be used by other devices. Maybe you are thinking of the marantz 6005 amp, though even that doesn't have a usb input.

I mean using the cd player as music source and connect Hdd to it, then connect the RCA to the amp....and using bluray for just watching movies

If those are the areas you're trying to improve it's possible that some other part of your system is at fault. I'd have a look at the speakers or amp.
