DA Converter

I have just bought a Synology DS111 NAS. And i have read that is possible to plug in a USB speaker.

My plan is to buy a DA Convertor to convert the USB signal to a analog RCA signal so i can use the NAS direct with my NAD C355BE amplifier.

Is this a okay DAC??

Can I give you a hint? Save your money, and buy a Logitech Squeezebox in stead. It's server sofware works on your Synology NAS, and you can hook it up to your NAD directly.

The user experience is way better than just playing your music from the Synology directly. In a feature upgrade you can buy a separate DAC to improve the SQ even more.
