Convert in Foobar 2000 ?

Hello Help please,

I understand that there is a method of converting Flac files into WMA, but I can't see anything about it in Foobar 2000.

It just me being thick as I can't find it in any of the drop down menus......

I don't believe that it is natively supported. You need to download Windows Media Encoder then open Foobar, right click on a track, scroll down to convert, click on output format, then click on add new at the bottom.

Hopefully this helps a little though I have never used Foobar to convert to WMA only other formats.

Just discovered that the convert option does not appear until you have files loaded.

After right clicking on a file it gives the option of mp3, which is fine as all my files are Flac, mp3 will be ok as I only want to take a selection away on holiday on my Nokia xpress phone, thanks for the info..............
