How can I connect my TV, PS3, Sky+ box and Onkyo SR505e receiver so that the sound can be heard from all sources when in use?

HDMI from PS3 to TV, Scart from Sky+ to TV, optical digital audio cables from PS3 and Sky + to receiver.

And if you want to listen to the TV without using the Sky+, a connection from the TV to the Onkyo, using whatever audio out the TV provides - usually analogue stereo and/or optical digital.
