hi

i used spotify through an airport express/dacmagic and Cyrus Pre xvs/x-power, no chance of the stands, no space at all,

just considering speaker cable to finish off.

Regards Sean

Good speakers, but also try Kudos C1s.

The above are right in that if you have taken advantage of the dealer's generosity then you should really purchase there rather than somewhere selling boxes and offering no service. It's only fair.

Hi

I was under the impression the Kudos needed a little room(my space is strictly limited against a rear wall), is this correct?

I have no problem with buying the SA1's from the lovely fella at Audio-T, i was hoping for a discount on the £1300.00 i was quoted on my arrival in the shop, i firmly believe in supporting small independant, helpful, specialist retailers. And my purchases from the same fella include....Kef Q35.2 speakers, a Kef 3005se speaker system and a cyrus X-power, all of which i could have purchased(cheaper) on-line but chose not to,

Regards Sean

They may be better off with a bit. I love my C2s, and they are not optimally positioned ie in corners.

Hi guys,

End of search!!

The SA1's have absolutely blown me away, we all have the odd moment in our pursuit of better music reproduction when a set up transforms what is being heard to another level, i have spent the last 3 days on that level, the SA1's are blistering fast speakers and as all have commented they have a mid range and top end that are "magical", while they don't have the bass grunt, it takes nothing from the experience and what comes out is as defined as i have heard(in my limited experience). i have a pretty wide taste in music but the highlights have included Faithless/Florence + the machine. Anyone with limited space should seriously consider this option if funds allow. They are as close to a rear wall as it is possible to get with no compromise.

All i need now is a good deal from somewhere, i would pay full whack if i had to but would rather not.

Oh and 1 more thing i had to demo using QED silver anniversary, my rumour 2 cables are not long enough, any suggestions to sensible speaker cable.

Thanks again.

Hi Sean

Have a look at some generic speaker cable at around a few £/m. This should do the trick nicely.

All the best
