Just wondering what people think about colour matching systems? I have a black SW250 Wharefedale sub, a pair of "Apple" (pine like) tannoy mercury f1 customs, i'll try to match the rears to the fronts, but cant decide about the centre. Would you match it to the fronts, or go black to match the tv/amp?

Well, mine are all black - fronts, rears, centre and sub. I would normally match the speakers all the same colour but it's up to you really.

Agreed. Match the speakers.
Only time I'd consider mix 'n' matching speakers is if they're smallish wall mounted satellites, and you have a different coloured wall or something.

Gone are the heady days of getting a set of Canon wide dispersal speakers and painting them whatever colour you wanted...
Im sure you could always diy your speakers if you really wanted bright red ones 🙂
OK think the consensus is "apple" colour all the way though, well apart from my black sub but i intend to keep that for a while so it shouldnt matter
