Chord HDMI Active

I am considering upgrading my HDMI and this cable is now available with a £20 part exchange deal but will still be around the £100 mark for the 1.5m version.

My current HDMI cost £5 from ThatCable, and I am fairly happy with its picture quality so I was wondering:

a)Should I stick with what I have

b)Go for the Chord Active

c)Are any of the cables in the £30-£40 price bracket just as effective?

Any advice would be welcomed!

You're happy with your current cable, stick with it. If you have money to burn, go for the Chord Active by all means, but i'll be surprised if you notice any appreciable difference if at all.

In my experience you should notice a difference, but it won't be "night and day". Only worth changing to the Chord if money is no object and you know the difference will be noticeable but not greatly so.
