Just wondering how the chord company carnival silverscreen compares with other budget cables like QED XT evolution soundwise.

I found the normal XT (not evolution) was a bit thin sounding and could be a bit bright. If was choosing one of them, it would be the chord. Had it for a year, then gave it to my dad and got the oddy.
