Hey everyone,
after a bad (and expensive!) experience of fraud (first time it happened to me in over 20 years of buying things online... oh, well) related to the acquisition of quite a hi-end receiver, I have decided I am not giving up!
I am now looking for the cheapest AV receiver that:
- can get ARC audio from TV and play it effortlessly (I don't care about any other inputs as I have good hdmi switches elsewhere);
- is at least 5.1 (7.1 would be even better, but likely out of budget);
- sounds properly good.
I don't care about brands or any other functions, as I am now forced to be very price-sensitive, and aside from some seemingly decent Denons (2312?) I can't find useful info, so here I am asking.
ARC playback, good sound, cheap to buy used. Any pointers would be very much appreciated!
