Celestion need replacement tweeters

Hi,

I have some old celestion f20 speakers which were great until the tweeters went. Does anyone know what I could replace them with and where I could look online? Celestion don't make them anymore and I don't really care about them being exact copies; I just need some that fit the speakers and work. I'm not even sure what to look for. Is it size primarily, and resistance?

Buy the cheapest pair of used (working) Celestion F10s you can find on ebay and use their tweeters.

It will probably be cheaper than a replacement pair. (Even assuming you could find any.)

Agree with Chebby.

If not, contact Wilmslow Audio for advice. They will be able to recommend a replacement tweeter of similar spec.

You could also try Falcon Acoustics look them up on the net they have a huge range of old drivers

Were the HF1300s 19mm Titanium dome tweeters? (That's what the OP's Celestion F20s have.)
